Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to our office by a secure email service acting on our behalf. Where you have applied for a job, we may share relevant details with referees, former employers and the authorities that issue police clearance, for the purpose of vetting. We do not otherwise share your data, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if they do not lead to a contract. We keep applications from unsuccessful candidates for up to 6 months. Records of clients and employees are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and as required by law afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to be told how your data is used, to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. To make a request, contact us using the details above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to applications and enquiries is limited to staff who need it.
